In this series, you’ll get to know some of our team a lot better. These interviews will introduce you to some key members of the team and address some interesting topics that each of them is well versed in discussing. First up is Chris Kennedy, our Services Director, talking about how his team help our clients deliver exceptional customer experiences.
With a strong background boasting many years of experience in project management and digital marketing roles, from 2012 Chris was part of the Senior Optimisation team at Webtrends Inc. and then in 2018, following the acquisition and separation, moved into his current role as Services Director at Webtrends Optimize.
Chris’s day-to-day role at Webtrends Optimize sees him lead and motivate a team of conversion specialists, front-end developers and project managers. His team’s main goal is ensuring successful delivery of fully managed AB testing and personalisation solutions and making sure that all clients and partners get the best possible results from our platform.
From simple to complex projects, Chris ensures that his team strive to understand consumer behaviour as well as learning and understanding the individual needs and goals of each business. For Chris, success in his role means seeing his team help their clients achieve incredible double-digit conversions to sale.
