Our Company Culture

At Webtrends Optimize, we believe a company is only as successful as its employees. We are a sociable team and organise regular social events which can range from a work curry night, activities and drinks in London, pool tournaments in our office, bake offs and more.

A big part of our ethos is supporting charities and local communities. We have 3 main charities that we support and fundraise for throughout the year, as well as other fundraisers we take part in. We sponsor Sussex Cricket Club which brings the opportunity to attend matches, as well as working work closely with Sussex Cricket Foundation, with the whole team volunteering at their fundraisers. This is not only a great way for us to give back to a community which is close to our heart, it also is a fantastic way to bond as a team.

At Webtrends Optimize, we have a have lot’s of different teams that make us who we are and contribute to our success.

We have a hugely experienced team of website optimisation experts who are fully committed to providing the very best support and guidance for our clients and partners, enabling them to consistently deliver meaningful results from their experimentation programmes.

We also have IT infrastructure, Support, Product Development and Engineering teams as well as Sales & Marketing functions based in our Egham Head Office, plus in other remote locations around Europe.
