Welcome to our Meet the Partner segment. We have recently been catching up with Jellyfish, one of our strategic partners, to explore more about what they do, the services they offer to clients, and how Webtrends Optimize provide additional features and resources to support this.

In the below article, we interview Havva, Global Customer Experience Director, at Jellyfish.

Can you tell us a bit about what Jellyfish do/ what your goals are as a business?

What are the core services you offer and what impact do they have?

What success stories/ results can you share with us that you are particularly proud of?

At Jellyfish, we’ve partnered with brands around the world for over 15 years, delivering impactful results across a range of industries. There are many success stories found which include improving a travel client’s KPI performance by over 1.5%, a partnership that has spanned nearly four years across both CRO and analytics.

Beyond this, we help progressive brands move faster, smarter, and together, not just in CRO, but also in creative, CRM, Paid Media, Generative AI and more.

What advice would you give someone who wants to start testing, but doesn’t know where to start? 

When starting out with testing, it is always good to take a look at your data first to understand where the friction is. Spend a bit of time really looking at your data available which can come from both quantitative and qualitative data sets, as this will help support the hypothesis built and with the more data you use to back the hypothesis, the more likely you will see success in the results  

How does the partnership with Webtrends Optimize add value to what you can offer clients? 

Partnering with Webtrends Optimize brings us closer to testing the theories provided to clients that helps to improve the clients performance. The partnership we have enables us to quickly & economically demonstrate the added value of our services as we build trust with those starting out with testing. If you had to pick one aspect of working with Webtrends Optimize as a key factor, what would it be? 

Super reactive, excellent multi-track (dedicated, ticket based & online) support and partnership team that continues to always listen that explains the great ratings and makes all barriers melt away

Who would be your favourite client to work with?

There are many clients that I love working with, in particular with those who have a testing and learning culture embedded as they appreciate more the results of not only winning tests but also those that failed to deep dive more into the why. Jellyfish adopts a test and learn culture, ensuring that no test result is left closed and we find many clients appreciate this method and therefore it makes our job easier to help improve their KPIs. 

What do you hope the next 5-10 years looks like for Jellyfish?

Looking ahead, we aim to further embed Generative AI into our operations, transforming the way we advertise by enabling high quality content creation of quick to go to market and more personalized strategies. The company anticipates that AI will allow for significant cost savings and even more agile campaign execution, positioning Jellyfish at the forefront of digital innovation, looking outwards, embracing & leveraging change.

Is there anything else about Jellyfish you would like to tell people?

And one for fun: If you could have dinner with any celebrity, who would it be and why? 

Selena Gomez, no matter what life has thrown her way she has always maintained a strong personal brand. She doesn't strike me as someone who is short of a few stories and wouldn't waste time on the fluff and speaks her mind. She is an inspiration to many females and can show you don't need to be on one path but can have many and that you can branch out and explore your options at any time. I also think that we would have a few giggles about life in general - plus I like her fashion!
